Product Designer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented UI Designer to join our creative team in Durban. Your focus will be on crafting clean and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experiences. You’ll work closely with UX designers and developers to create cohesive designs across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers to define design requirements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Ensure consistency across all product designs in line with company branding
• Evaluate user feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement
• Work closely with developers to implement designs and resolve any issues.

Advantageous

• Experience with Design Systems: Knowledge of building and maintaining design systems for consistency across products.
• Familiarity with Accessibility Standards: Understanding of WCAG and experience promoting accessibility in design.
