Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive sales of our technical and scientific products. The ideal candidate will cultivate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quotas consistently through proactive client engagement.
  • Develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance product visibility.
  • Build rapport with clients to foster long-term business relationships.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and report on sales metrics and KPIs regularly.
  • Deliver post-sales support to ensure continued client satisfaction.
  • Utilize social media platforms for lead generation and engagement.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed.
  • Prepare weekly sales forecasts and reports for management.
  • Engage with marketing efforts to align strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical fields.
Technical Skills
  • Digital marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Google Ads)
  • Social media tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter)
Soft Skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Certifications
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
