Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Pretoria. This role requires developing strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services, and driving retention and growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing customer experiences and adept at problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Develop tailored strategies for each client to drive success.
  • Report on client health and usage to management.
  • Navigate client complaints to resolution to maintain satisfaction.
  • Create success plans for key clients based on their goals.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys and report findings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Postgraduate business qualification is a plus

  • 4+ years in customer service roles
