Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage project planning sessions with key stakeholders.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and update stakeholders on project progress.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and manage changes to project scope.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and accountability across all project members.
• Report on project outcomes and provide insights for future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Certifications in PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in a consulting environment
