Responsibilities

• Develop and refine designs for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients on technical specifications.
• Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics.
• Participate in regular engineering meetings and workshops.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
• Train junior engineers and interns on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in mechanical projects
