As an Architectural Designer at Design Innovations, you will be tasked with transforming ideas into reality. We are looking for someone innovative and detail-oriented, who will collaborate with our project managers and clients to create stunning architectural designs that are functional and aesthetically pleasing. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and a passion for architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops with clients to explore options and define styling.
• Coordinate design procedures with local authorities and municipalities.
• Create and maintain project schedules to document milestones.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Design is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design with a portfolio of completed projects

Technical Skills

• 3D Modelling
• Structural Design

• Problem-Solving
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
