Job Description

We seek an experienced Dentist to join our Johannesburg practice. In this role, you will conduct a variety of dental procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and contribute to our community’s overall oral health goals.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients' oral health to determine treatment needs.
• Educate patients about treatment options and oral health maintenance.
• Complete both cosmetic and restorative procedures to enhance smiles.
• Engage in patient follow-ups to assess recovery and outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the system.
• Advise on dietary and lifestyle changes to promote dental health.
• Practice infection control and maintain equipment according to guidelines.
• Manage crisis situations with appropriate care and attention.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care improvements.
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment for patients.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
• Specialization in Orthodontics is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in general or specialized dentistry

Technical Skills

• Restorative dentistry
