Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled E-commerce Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our online sales strategy, managing the e-commerce platform, and enhancing customer experiences. The ideal individual will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong grasp of e-commerce trends.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integration of payment gateways for secure transactions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date product catalog and inventory management.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on KPIs.
  • Develop and manage relationships with logistics and fulfillment partners.
  • Create user-friendly website navigation to enhance customer experience.
  • Implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment rates.
  • Engage in social media marketing to increase brand awareness.
  • Network with vendors for product sourcing and partnerships.
  • Conduct market analysis to adapt pricing strategies.
  • Provide training on e-commerce best practices for staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in E-commerce or Marketing is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years managing e-commerce operations or related roles
