Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Welding, Soldering, and Brazing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining soldering machines, ensuring high-quality production of electronic components.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate automated soldering machines for electronic components production.
• Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure the machines are in optimal working condition.
• Keep accurate records of production and machine performance.
• Train and mentor new recruits on machine operation and safety standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during production.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical diploma or certification in a related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Ability to operate and maintain soldering machines
• Good hand-eye coordination

Soft Skills

• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to learn

Certifications

• Certification in soldering machine operation
• Health and safety certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
