Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation and planning, including the establishment of project scope.
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures.
• Engage in conflict resolution among project team members.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout project execution.
• Establish a project communication plan to keep relevant parties informed.
• Deliver projects within compliance and industry regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Management
• Additional certifications in Agile or Lean methods is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in a project management role, with demonstrated success
