Job Description

We are looking for a proficient HR Generalist to manage various HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring compliance with South African labour laws. The ideal candidate would be responsible for implementing HR policies, coordinating onboarding processes, and supporting organisational development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment campaigns and assist in interview processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations in employee relations and benefits.
  • Analyze HR metrics for continuous improvement and decision-making.
  • Encourage employee engagement through initiatives and activities.
  • Liaise between employees and management to facilitate resolution of issues.
  • Assist in managing compensation and benefits administration.
  • Participate in creating an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Deliver training on HR policies to employees and management.

Requirements

Education
  • Postgraduate qualifications in HR Management or equivalent
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
