Job Description

Join our innovative HR team as an Employee Relations Manager. This role will involve providing strategic insights to enhance employee engagement and retention while resolving workplace issues in a collaborative manner. Candidates should have a strong background in employee relations and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and observations.
  • Design and deliver training modules that enhance employee skills.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees through comprehensive training.
  • Utilize learning management systems to track training participation and effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees post-training to ensure application.
  • Staying current with learning technologies to enhance program delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Human Resources or similar
  • Postgraduate qualification in Learning and Development preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience designing and delivering training programs
