We are on the lookout for a passionate Software Engineer to join our Cape Town team. This role requires hands-on experience in software development, where you will be responsible for designing, coding, and debugging applications. Your expertise in various programming languages and collaborative approach will drive the development of scalable solutions that meet modern user demands.

Responsibilities

• Architect, code, and maintain scalable applications across various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliverables.
• Identify user needs and develop software solutions to achieve them.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
• Manage and optimize databases used in applications.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in software development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
