Pharmacist

Job Description

As a Pharmacist in our Johannesburg pharmacy, you will contribute to improving health outcomes by ensuring effective medication management. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, participate in patient education, and uphold our commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Process and assess prescription orders for accuracy and legality.
• Conduct health screenings and immunization services.
• Provide therapeutic consultations and disease management advice.
• Educate and train pharmacy staff on best practices.
• Engage in continuing education to remain current on pharmaceutical knowledge.
• Contribute to pharmacy marketing initiatives and community outreach.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Advanced degree or specialization is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
