Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Media Technical Director to oversee all technical operations of our radio and television station. This role demands extensive knowledge in broadcast hardware and software coupled with strong leadership to manage a talented team of engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate technical operations for all broadcasts.
• Implement new technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure reliability.
• Supervise the training of junior technical staff.
• Coordinate with other departments for collaborative initiatives.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop strategies for optimizing technical workflows.
• Maintain the technical inventory and procurement planning.
• Provide support during live events and productions.
• Innovate solutions to complex broadcasting challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• A Master's degree in Broadcasting or Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience managing technical teams and broadcast operations
