Responsibilities

• Assess current processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Coordinate engineering efforts across multiple departments.
• Research and implement new technologies to increase operational efficiency.
• Develop financial models to justify engineering initiatives.
• Report on project milestones and resource utilisation.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for engineering projects.
• Act as a liaison between engineering and management teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering preferred
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment
