Job Description

As an RPA Controller, you will operate and control remotely piloted aircraft, ensuring their safety and regulatory compliance. Your role will involve monitoring flights and collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Control drone flights for various aerial missions.
• Supervise compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight system checks.
• Engage with team members for mission planning and execution.
• Train new operators and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations.
• Implement best practices for operational efficiency.
• Participate in safety assessments and reviews.
• Manage flight schedules and logistics.
• Report technical issues and coordinate maintenance efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant diploma or degree in aviation, technology, or related field
• Valid Remote Pilot Licence (RPL) and Remote Operator Certificate (ROC) required

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in RPA operations
