Job Description

As an SEO Specialist at our firm in Johannesburg, your main goal will be to lead our SEO efforts and improve the performance of our clients' websites. You will analyze metrics, propose improvements, and execute strategies that deliver measurable results in organic search performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Analyze user experiences and make recommendations for website enhancements.
• Create engaging content that aligns with SEO goals and user intent.
• Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO fixes.
• Advise on the integration of SEO into marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Attend industry conferences and workshops to remain current in the field.
• Prepare presentations to communicate SEO strategies and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Oversee the optimization of paid marketing campaigns in tandem with SEO efforts.
• Experiment with A/B testing for content and landing pages to improve SEO performance.
• Document and report on SEO procedures and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SEO and SEM strategies
