Job Description

We are seeking a skilled First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers to manage daily operations and oversee a team of workers. The ideal candidate will ensure production goals are met while maintaining safety standards and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance.
• Evaluate team performance, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure adherence to production quality standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Prepare reports on production activities and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in Manufacturing Management or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing
