Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Spool Tender to manage the operation and maintenance of spooling machines. The successful candidate will ensure that production targets are met efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, and troubleshoot spooling machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of spooled materials for quality assurance.
• Log production data accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Implement best practices for machine safety and operational efficiency.
• Assist in training new team members on spooling procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
• Technical diploma in textile production is a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience operating textile machinery

Technical Skills

• Machine setup and operations
• Quality control techniques

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Adaptability

Advantageous

• Prior experience with textile machinery: Experience working with various textile production equipment.
