In this role, you will spearhead innovative architectural projects, focusing on both residential and commercial designs that integrate functionality with aesthetics. Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and working drawings for various projects.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and design requirements.
• Create 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.
• Assist in selecting materials and finishes to enhance project design.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Prepare presentations and documents for project proposals.
• Work with contractors and engineers to facilitate project execution.
• Maintain project documentation and reports on design progress.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in architecture

• SketchUp

Certifications

• Architectural Design Certification
• Professional Project Management Certification (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent
