Responsibilities

• Strategically grow our online presence and revenue through innovative marketing tactics.
• Assess customer feedback to refine products and services offered online.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve technical issues affecting the e-commerce platform.
• Set and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Work with supply chain teams to optimize product availability.
• Actively participate in ecommerce trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree or MBA is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce management
