Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager, you will spearhead our online sales strategy, optimizing our e-commerce platform and growing our digital footprint. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and technology teams to develop and execute plans that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and optimize the e-commerce platform.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement changes for better satisfaction.
  • Manage the e-commerce budget and keep track of expenditures.
  • Explore new technologies and tools that could improve the online shopping experience.
  • Engage with social media platforms to boost customer engagement.
  • Support the design of an intuitive website layout and user interface.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on e-commerce best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
