Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will take charge of coordinating all aspects of clinical trials, from initial planning through execution. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timelines are met and data is gathered accurately, contributing to significant advancements in medical research.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site monitoring visits to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on trial progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate in the development of educational materials.
  • Manage regulatory documents and ensure submission deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate responses to audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Foster positive relationships with investigators and research staff.
  • Ensure submission of timely and accurate data to stakeholders.
  • Remain updated on relevant clinical research regulations and trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years' experience in clinical research, with specific experience in a monitoring role preferred.
