We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various infrastructure projects. Responsibilities

• Conceive innovative design solutions for infrastructure development.
• Conduct site surveys and soil testing.
• Interface with clients to understand their requirements.
• 79-Prepare and submit regulatory paperwork.
• Review and approve engineering documentation.
• Mitigate risks and resolve engineering issues.
• Identify opportunities for project efficiency improvements.
• Implement quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Network with professional contacts on behalf of the firm.
• Promote sustainable engineering practices in all projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering

• Civil 3D
• Soil Mechanics

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in highway design: Proficiency in roadway and highway design projects.
