Job Description

As a Pet Groomer in Cape Town, you will play a crucial role in our pet care team. Your expertise in grooming and handling pets will ensure that our furry clients leave looking fresh and feeling great, all while fostering a welcoming environment for their owners.

Responsibilities

  • Perform grooming duties for various breeds of dogs and cats.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of each pet during services.
  • Provide grooming consultations, advising clients on services.
  • Keep grooming equipment sanitized and well-maintained.
  • Create a positive experience for pets through gentle handling.
  • Report any health issues observed during grooming to pet owners.
  • Engage with pet owners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Prepare grooming reports after each session.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance grooming skills.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Grooming certification preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in pet grooming
