Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our vibrant team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting clients with software and hardware problems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple support tickets while maintaining high quality of service.
  • Provide training sessions for clients on software usage.
  • Monitor system performance and report any anomalies.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss client feedback and service enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
  • Additional certifications in IT support are beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or similar roles
