Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our Pretoria team. In this role, you'll provide first-class technical support to our clients. You'll troubleshoot issues, guide users through solutions, and work collaboratively with our engineering team to resolve complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer expectations and ensure high service quality.
  • Execute routine systems maintenance and upgrades as required.
  • Gather user feedback to inform product development.
  • Identify patterns in support requests and propose improvements.
  • Train junior support staff and assist with their development.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or IT-related discipline
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years in a technical support role
