Job Description

As a Property Utilization Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that properties are effectively utilized and fully occupied. You will work closely with tenants and property managers to address any issues and optimize property performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and condition of properties.
• Implement strategies for reducing vacancy rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance property performance.
• Manage tenant relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Review and analyze property performance data.
• Facilitate training for property managers on utilization strategies.
• Develop community engagement initiatives to attract tenants.
• Conduct market research to identify competitive property rates.
• Assist in financial forecasting and budget planning.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders on property status and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Experience in managing multiple properties across different locations.
