Your responsibilities will include conducting time and motion studies, designing process maps, and using statistical tools to analyze production data. Responsibilities

• Evaluate production methodologies and implement changes to improve product delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams in project execution related to operational improvements.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between production plans and actual performance.
• Assess risks and impacts related to proposed engineering changes.
• Develop metrics for assessing operational processes and maintain performance dashboards.
• Foster a culture of safety while improving operational workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
