Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in civil engineering design or construction roles

Technical Skills

• Civil 3D
• Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Knowledge of sustainable design practices: Experience in green building and sustainable material use.
• Experience with design standards in South Africa: Familiarity with SANS and other local engineering standards.
