We are on the lookout for a skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting cloud solutions, with a strong focus on DevOps methodologies and practices. This role involves collaborating with various teams to design scalable cloud architectures and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define cloud architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Manage cloud migration projects from inception to completion.
• Advise clients on cloud adoption and compliance.
• Implement automation for cloud processes and workflows.
• Create and maintain documentation for cloud architecture.
• Evaluate cloud tools and technologies to enhance system capabilities.
• Develop disaster recovery strategies for cloud environments.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Mentor junior team members in cloud technologies.
• Ensure all cloud initiatives align with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Master's degree is an added advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cloud solutions architecture
