Job Description

We are seeking a talented Investment Banking Analyst to join our corporate finance team in Midrand. The successful candidate will be involved in analyzing financial data, preparing pitch presentations, and supporting the execution of transactions. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Draft internal reports summarizing project developments.
• Assist in the coordination of transactions from inception to closure.
• Support the development of presentations for investor meetings.
• Engage with clients to gather necessary information for modeling.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in investment analysis or banking
