Job Description

As a Cart Attendant, you will maintain a clean and organized shopping cart area, retrieve carts from the parking lot, and assist customers as needed. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize shopping carts from all areas of the store and parking lot.
• Monitor the cart area to keep it clean and tidy.
• Engage with customers and offer help as needed.
• Check carts for damage and report issues to management.
• Assist in other store operations as required.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
