SEO Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our vibrant team based in Johannesburg. In this role, you will develop and implement effective search engine optimization strategies that enhance our clients' online visibility and performance. You will work closely with content and design teams to ensure the best user experience and optimal search results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies that align with client objectives.
• Perform website audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Enhance user experience by optimizing website navigation and usability.
• Collaborate closely with web developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
• Research competitors' SEO strategies and adapt as necessary.
• Utilize A/B testing to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
• Provide training and support in SEO best practices to junior team members.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree preferred, but not essential
• Google Ads certification is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing preferred

• Content Management Systems (WordPress, Joomla)

• HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
