Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods from suppliers to customers. In this role, you will coordinate logistics operations, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end logistics process including transportation and warehousing.
• Negotiate shipping rates and maintain supplier relationships.
• Track and report on shipment statuses to all relevant stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and devise solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy in shipment documentation and compliance with customs regulations.
• Conduct training for logistics staff on best practices and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics

Experience

• 5+ years of logistics experience preferred

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
