• Ensure adherence to quality assurance and control practices.
• Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop technical specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to project risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or relevant discipline
• Master's in Aerospace Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Computer Programming (MATLAB, Python)
• Flight Mechanics

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA): Experience using FEA software for structural analysis.
• Experience in Composite Materials: Knowledge of composite materials applications in aerospace engineering.
