Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team in Durban. Your role will involve evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient mobility and physical function to develop effective treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions focused on strength and rehabilitation exercises.
• Advocate for patient needs within the healthcare team.
• Maintain up-to-date records and prepare reports as required.
• Support patients through their recovery process, providing motivation and encouragement.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in physiotherapy interventions.
• Stay informed on the latest physiotherapy research and techniques.
• Cultivate a caring and supportive environment for patients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy or recognised equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications in relevant physiotherapy areas are a plus

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of clinical physiotherapy experience
