Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer support queries.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions promptly.
• Keep detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions.
• Work closely with other teams to address and resolve product issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing support tickets effectively.
• Assist in creating training materials for staff and clients.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in IT or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in technical support
