Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts, crafting job descriptions and screening applicants.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Address employee grievances and foster open communication.
• Monitor compliance with HR policies and legal stipulations.
• Assist in the execution of performance reviews and feedback sessions.
• Develop and recommend employee retention strategies.
• Participate in planning training and development activities.
• Keep HR documentation up to date and in compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR or related field

Technical Skills

• HRIS systems

Certifications

• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
