Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Durban office. This role involves managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing candidates to placement. Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of the recruitment landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent sourcing initiatives and direct recruitment drives.
• Develop strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Guide candidates through the interview process and negotiation stages.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve strategies and outcomes.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction with the recruitment process.
• Facilitate career fairs and employer branding events.
• Provide training and support to junior recruiters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Psychology is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on talent acquisition
