Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for an HR Generalist in Cape Town. This position will involve handling a wide spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of HR regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the recruitment lifecycle and advocate for candidate experience.
  • Draft and refine employment contracts and agreements.
  • Coordinate training and onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance.
  • Support leadership in managing team dynamics and performance.
  • Promote staff development through career advancement planning.
  • Organize team-building activities to enhance workplace culture.
  • Research and implement best practices in human resources management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
