Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for helping customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage customer inquiries and provide swift resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer interactions to identify service gaps.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support team goals.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Support the development of customer service best practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on customer issues and resolutions.
  • Encourage customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers at all times.
  • Foster relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) mandatory
  • Higher education in Customer Service or Business Studies preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-centric role
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Help Desk Software
  • Data entry skills
Soft Skills
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Teamwork
Certifications
  • Customer Service Excellence Training
  • Technical Support Certification is a plus
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Conversational
