Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Technical Support Coordinator to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions to customers, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a high level of service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Implement and maintain customer support workflows.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or customer service
