Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. This role involves coordinating administrative activities, managing staff schedules, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient operation of the healthcare facility.
  • Manage scheduling and workflow to support clinical services.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory bodies and standards.
  • Check patient payment processing and assist with billing questions.
  • Facilitate staff training and motivational activities.
  • Create operating budgets and monitor expenditures.
  • Work closely with IT to improve healthcare technology systems.
  • Conduct patient feedback surveys for quality improvement.
  • Assist in setting organizational goals and objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Advanced diploma in Health Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration and management
