Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within budget and on time. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage project financing, ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor contractor performance and adherence to timelines.
• Implement change management processes as needed.
• Support project closeout activities, including documentation.
• Mentor and lead junior project staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Additional certifications in Project Management are a plus

Experience

• 7+ years in construction management roles

• Risk Management
• Scheduling Software (e.g., MS Project)
