As a Retail Sales Associate at Dynamic Retail Solutions, you will be the face of our store, offering exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the products they need. Your role will involve maintaining an inviting store environment, managing stock, and ensuring that our customer experience is top-notch.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively engaging with shoppers and answering questions.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, including keeping displays neat.
• Utilize the POS system to handle cash and card transactions smoothly.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales goals and enhance the shopping experience.
• Help manage product inventory, including checking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Participate in merchandising efforts to showcase products effectively.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Keep up-to-date with sales promotions and product knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Diploma in Retail Management is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales

Advantageous

• Experience in a management role: A background in supervising or training staff is beneficial.
