Job Description

As our E-commerce Manager, you will spearhead online sales strategies, manage the e-commerce platform, and lead a dedicated team to enhance user experience and customer satisfaction. Your role will be critical in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on sales trends and customer behaviours to inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with third-party platforms to increase sales channels.
  • Directly influence product marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Work with logistics to ensure timely fulfillment of online orders.
  • Implement and manage customer loyalty programs to retain existing customers.
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaigns and website changes to identify the most effective strategies.
  • Build relationships with vendors and service providers to support operational efficiencies.
  • Advise on budget allocation for e-commerce activities to achieve company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or similar field
  • MBA or similar is preferable
Experience
  • 5+ years in online retail management or digital marketing, with a track record of success
