Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Retail Manager to lead our Johannesburg store. You will oversee all aspects of store management, including sales strategies, team development, and customer service excellence. The role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to motivate and inspire staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the store, maintaining high standards of service.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of retail associates.
• Evaluate sales reports and track inventory management.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant diploma or certification in Retail Management

Experience

• 5+ years in a management role within retail
