Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions tailored to client needs.

• Assist with case management and ensure proper follow-up on client progress.
• Provide psycho-education to clients and their families.
• Engage in policy advocacy to improve social services.
• Regularly attend team meetings and contribute to case discussions.
• Network with other professionals to create a support system for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
• Additional certifications in specialized social work areas are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in clinical social work or community outreach
